There should have been 13 of us on today’s walk
But just as we arrived at the Kilometer 7 our car broke
down
Fortunately David knows this walk very well, having led
it many times
He agreed to lead the walk, whilst we contacted the
insurance company
We had to wait about an hour for the breakdown to arrive,
who diagnosed a flat battery
Fortunately we were able to get a replacement battery at
the garage
But what a shame to miss such a lovely walk, on such a
lovely day
It is clear from the photos, provided by David and Mike,
that a great time was had by all
You can see that they put two empty chairs at
the end of the table for Jan and I, a very nice thought
